Empire of the Sun is one of my favorite Spielberg. Christian Bale, truly magnificent throughout. It's these kind of films that shows the world in a little different perspective. It's good to be ambitious at times. It's necessary to be brave at times.
Underrated, unsung, less-discussed yet one of Spielberg's best.
