Empire of the sun, is one of the top movies ever directed by steven spielberg, and don't know why people would rate it 77%, I mean that's pathetic, give spielberg, and bale some credit, and the movie had a great young christian bale, and steven spielberg in his prime directing days, you couldn't get a better combination.
