A really good idea ... yet again, poorly executed. Some nasty (not frightening or horrifying, just nasty) bits, followed by total darkness for the last half hour (the villain tripped the fuses) so impossible to see what was going on : the child neighbour ended up with a cut head but no idea how, as you didn't see anything happen to him.
