Terrible, just... terrible.
The story is absolutely go nowhere bullshit and the vampire is a secondary character (hell, they didn't even give the Vampire a name), the acting is terrible, the direction is terrible, and... you get my point.
See it if you only like elongated sex scenes that aren't even good, there's just a boat load of nudity in them.
Actually scratch that... see it if you ever wanted a movie where Alyssa Milano's boobs are secondary characters... They're in it a lot.
