With an incredible and original idea, a powerful story, a perfect script full of great dialogue written and directed by Neill Blomkamp, wonderful performances by Matt Damon, Jodie Foster, Sharlto Copley as Kruger and a special appearance by William Fichtner, exciting scenes and sequences, spectacular visuals and visual effects and a fine pace and flow, Elysium doesn't exceed the heights of Blomkamp's first breakout film District 9, but is a ride you won't want to miss.
