Review of Elysium (2013) by Dario R — 17 Apr 2014
I'm a Matt Damon fan, I've enjoyed pretty much all of his films. The same can be said for Elysium. I was a fan of District 9 so I knew I would like the film; both films can be described as an urban sci-fi flicks.
Matt Damon again was great in the film, so was the South African actor (his name escapes me) who was the main star in District 9; in this film he played a bad-ass villain. The only thing I had a problem with was Jodie Foster, she was using a French accent that didn't work for me; kind of annoying actually.
Other than that it's a pretty good film, recommend it.
