Review of Elysium (2013) by Jeffrey J — 24 Apr 2014
If Neil Blomkamp hadn't done District 9 before this, I probably would have liked it better than I did. I will say the pacing was quite rushed and Jodie Foster is quite bad. But Matt Damon does a good job and we get some really cool action scenes.
The one sequence with the robot blowing up in slow motion, awesome. It could have been much more but it was a good sci fi film.
