Review of Elvis (2022) by Jayray — 03 Jul 2022
Elvis is the most exciting biopic I have seen by far and I've seen most of them. Baz Luhrmann is a genius and I don't usually like his mad fast style but this is a little calmer than his usual films. This movie has stunning sets, costume design and amazing cinematography that take you back in time, fantastic music, and of course the legendary world-changing storyline. Austin Butler Embodies Elvis, this has to be an Oscar-winning performance.
Don't expect it to be a totally accurate, run-of-the-mill biopic, they have become so stale and boring, go in with an open mind to be totally entertained and this is the movie to do that.
