Review of Elvis (2022) by Marktakayama — 01 Jul 2022
The movie is mainly about Elvis and Tom " Cornel" Parker. I was impressed by Tom Hanks who played Parker. Parker was an immigrant from Netherland. He lied " I was born in the USA". Hanks played well this complicated paranoid figure.
He was so fat and bald that Hanks needed special makeup! Austin Bulter also did a great job. He played Elvis from the '20s to 42 years old. I heard that real Elvis was very fat when he died. Butler should have been fat.
It was a long movie of 2 and half hours. I still enjoy KIng's life.
