Not bad. I was disappointed about an hour or so in thinking it is too predictable. That being said, I don't think the twist was really meant to be that big of a twist.
It comes a bit early, and if you let it play out it has a creepy feel from then on. It seems to be more about the story than the twist, and it is a solid story.
