Okay, the film was well-made, I'll give it that. But if you read the book of the same name on which it is based, you'll know this film does it no justice. This film gets too wrapped up in silly jokes and adds unnecessary characters like an evil uncle and his evil pet.
Go read the book instead. It has a genuine plot.
