Review of Elizabethtown (2005) by Tony C — 21 Jan 2009
Elizabethtown isn't exactly an "outstanding" movie in terms of production, acting, and cinematography. However it touched me on a very personal level. The life lessons of failure, romance, home, and the prodigal son all struck a huge cord with me and I found it more relatable than most romantic comedies I've ever seen.
This movie also has an outstanding soundtrack that makes me homesick every time I listen to it.
