Review of Elizabethtown (2005) by Dena L — 29 Mar 2009
Nothing spectacular. I simply didn't see the deeper significance of it. I know it was there, but it was cluttered up with too many random pieces. Maybe that's the whole point: that life is just a bunch of pieces that don't seem to make any sense.
They still could have cut out at least one half hour of that nonsense. I liked the last half better because it had more 'meat' in it. The parts with Kirsten and Orlando together were just way better anyway.
In the end I was just not that impressed.
