Review of Elizabethtown (2005) by Sarah — 10 Feb 2009
This is absolutely the best romantic-film ever made and one with great atmosphere. Rarely have I ever seen a film with heart this big. It has comedic moments in it, but I would not call it a comedy or easy film at all.
Director Cameron Crowe who is very talented visionary and is clearly much more interested to tell us a deeply touching story about grief, failure, love, death and life than just doing a lightweight romantic - comedy.
End result is a film that feels very one of a kind. A Wonderful mixture of emotions and journey through thing called love. It will most definetly put a smile on your face and leave a lasting impression on you.
