Review of Elite Squad: The Enemy Within (2010) by Malvin L — 15 Aug 2011
A fascinating Brazilian film that explores the depth of corruption at the state level involving politicians and the military police. Featuring an engaging plot, the story evolves around the commander of a special operations battalion getting tangled in the web of corruption and incidentally affecting his family.
Backed by a decent cast, the tensed drama is nicely balanced with raw action scenes and being a sequel, I'm rather keen to check out the first instalment.
