Review of Elite Squad: The Enemy Within (2010) by Thenotorious M — 22 Mar 2012
Pulse pounding, moves at a breathless pace, slick and violent coupled with strong script and strong performances, one of the few sequels way better than its prequel (and the prequel was splendid!) . Director José Padilha, who also directed the gripping Bus 174 , brings about a visceral quality to the narrative.
A Brazilian gem, an absolute must watch!
