If City of God is an immersed look at corruption in the streets of Rio, this movie does the same with the police force. A wonderfully executed fast paced thriller about a convoluted and complex system that rules over Rio de Janeiro.
A very well directed narrative that keeps you engrossed in the movie at all times.
