Major improvement over its predecessor in every aspect of filmmaking, Elite Squad: The Enemy Wthin may lack the brutal violence of the first film but it does manage to reach greater heights through its sheer power of brilliant direction, tight editing, superb performances n better script.
It runs at an unstoppable pace, with a sense of direction that was missing in the last film & the narration is also improved this time. The shaky camerawork is still there but its much more improved.
Overall, Elite Squad: The Enemy Within is a wildly entertaining movie that offers a breathtaking ride of the Brazilian underbelly at a screaming pace.
