Great film, rubbish title. You are given the impression that this film is meant to give you an insight to how politics and police work in Brazil. Even if this was not a realistic story it still grabs you as much as the best hollywood thrillers do.
In summary, apart from the title, which is so bad it can put anyone off seeing this, everything else about this film is very good.
