From the writer of City of God comes another great story of the complex web of Brazilian corruption and violence. Told from the police's (fascistic?) perspective, both showing their point of view of why extreme conditions demand their response, while as well showing bluntly how horrific what they do actually is.
Very interesting, very well shot - again, if you like City of God, you should like this.
