City of God from the cops perspective. Visceral acting by Wagner Moura dictates the tone of this movie. Well structured, tell the story of members of the Elite Squad from the Rio de Janeiro's police.
Director Padilha uses his documentary background to enhance the audience's immersion experience in the plot. Winner of the Golden Bear in the Berlinale 2008. A must see.
