Review of Elf (2003) by Campbell P — 12 Oct 2014
Elf is my all time favorite Christmas movie. Will Ferrell is amazing in this movie. It's his best role in my opinion because of how much he steals the show in this one. We start off with Buddy getting to the North Pole through Santa's bag and is treated like an elf there for all his life until one day he finds out that he is a human and sets off to find his dad (who is on the naughty list).
Throughout Elf we get many laughs (such as Buddy's journey through Gimbles), a great soundtrack to go along with it, and possibly the mist heartwarming ending to a movie I have ever seen. Every time I watch the ending it gives me the warmest feeling and makes you want to watch this movie all over again.
The cast is incredible, the story is spot on hilarious and I couldn't ask for a better movie to watch during the holidays than Elf. A.
