I'm a sucker for movie that are black and white, speak French, and involve people behaving badly while cops chase after them. The big draw here is Jeanne Moreau. Always good. Maurice Ronet plays Maurice Ronet.
Argueably not a bad thing. I can't help but like the way this movie looks and sounds.
