I found this film while searching for films noir to watch, and I am so glad I did! While there is an abundance of shadows and shadowy behavior, I enjoyed how methodical the pacing was, allowing the viewer to enjoy the cinematography and music in addition to the plotting, which was set up so well with a domino effect set in motion following the murder, itself a noir staple.
