A human trafficking shoot 'em up in which the writing is way out in left field, the acting is foolishly empty and Kevin Bacon is getting real close to joining Christian Slater in the hack zone...the big question is - when, why and how did Djimon Hounsou become the next Jean-Claude Van Damme?
