Review of Elektra Luxx (2011) by Zaid S — 28 Mar 2011
What a fantastic little movie:).
I make no bones about being a huge fan of Carla and Joseph Gordon-Levitt has really made a niche for himself these last few years so those two combined with other familiar faces seemed a good bet. The result is a very humorous movie, not laugh out loud too often but you'll be smiling along with the ups and downs of Elektra's life, the antics of Bert and his female circle, the neighbours and various others two of which are played by Adrianne Palicki and Timothy Olyphant.
The cast is really excellent and surely at least one name will peak a potential viewers interest and don't be put off by the premise, there is some strong language but no nudity just suggestive and similar to what you'll find even on some network tv shows these days.
Give it a go I don't think you'll be disappointed:).
