One sentence says it all, as to why I rated this a 2-star film: The villains were cooler than the heroine. In a superhero movie, that should NEVER be the case--unless it's Spiderman. I still feel jipped with the Venom Sam Raimi gave me, even though I love Sam Raimi.
Venom's one of my favorite villains of all time. The only reason this movie got 2 stars is because the villains were cool. The rest of the film is kinda disappointing.
