I didn't like this one as much as the first one (Election.).
The scene with the dogs was too gruesome for me!
After a while, I began to lose interest in some of the characters.
China is the real power here, and they take a long-range view of situations. The problem with an election every two years is that it reinforces a short-term outlook.
