Sporting a set of Nick Fury grey streaks Mr. McAllister (Matthew Broderick) is a loser. Ferris was cool and a role model for the children of the 80s. Mr. McAllister is a warning notice for those children of what can happen to a man whose life was once so full of promise.
Reese Witherspoon is a revelation as the sociopath over achieving student Tracey Flick. I can almost forgive her for Legally Blond. Script is sharp as a razor. Gets my vote.
