Review of El Topo (1970) by Colin T — 18 May 2008
A on and off surrealist western that can both make you laugh and cringe. Imagine a man and a naked boy wandering thru a town that has been unexplainedly slaughtered. See a man dieing on the street, the other man hands the gun to the naked boy and the boy puts the man out of his misery.
Thats only the beginning of this films freaky antics, that are loosely structured after biblical events. I recommend this movie to everyone just because I'd like to see their reaction.
