Cheaply made is THE BEST WAY.
I liked this movie much more than its sequel, desperado.
Some of the actors are unknown but they work their parts well.
The concept of an idealistic young musician gets caught up in a case of mistaken identity with a badass killer who carries his guns in a guitar case, loses his girlfriend, and assumes the identity of the guy with which he was mistaken in the first place is a pretty crazy twist.
