Review of El Mariachi (1993) by Miranda W — 12 Jun 2009
A hugely entertaining action film that is a really impressive debut for Robert Rodriguez. He was only 23 when he made this- and I still think this is his best film to date. I'm not the biggest Rodriguez fan- mostly because he doesn't know what good acting and good writing is.
But the guy who plays "Azul" in this film gives a fine performance.
