Review of El Cid (1961) by Aren B — 31 Dec 2008
El Cid is an awesome classic historical epic about a hero of medieval Spain. Charleton Heston is great in the title role. The narrative is helped by its choice in very interesting subject matter to cover.
While the ending was slightly odd, I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of historical epics.
