Review of El Cid (1961) by H-P K — 26 Feb 2009
Surpricingly good action, acting and the direction is perfect. Contains stereotypes but the theme is relevant nonetheles. A true classic and P. Jackson propably had this in mind with several scenes in LOTR.
Check out Cid`s helmet in the end am I wrong or is he also a bit elvish.
