Other than the high heeled, push-up-bra-ed soap operatic bimbo/ drama queen eruptions, El Cartel is an exciting, engaging piece of exotic adventure, punctuated with intense, violent adversaries and plot twists.
Acting is occasionally exceptional and actors are, thankfully, fresh to me.
