A messy script, unrefined direction, and haphazard editing usually don't result in such a great experience. the acting from lopez was top notch and is what carried the movie and made it watchable. that and marc anthony's amazing performing talents.
this definitely has its moments, which more than make up for its faults, which are many in my opinion.
