As a movie, it is decent. But as an extension of Breaking Bad, it is a complete failure. It is a story that relies almost entirely on flashbacks rather than on, you know, an actual story. If you are a Breaking Bad fan, you might as well watch it, but be warned that you will most likely be disappointed by the worst aspect of Vince Gilligan's universe.
Seriously, even the worst BB and BCS episodes are still better than this.
