Review of Eight Men Out (1988) by Chris M — 24 Sep 2007
The best baseball movie EVER, beyond any shadow of any doubt. The entire cast, even those who make "cameos," do an absolutely amazing job of telling one of the most interesting, yet dark days of baseball.
I've always been a huge Cusack fan, and this is the movie that did it for me, nevermind the great work of a nearly siletn D.B. Sweeney, goofy Christopher Lloyd, and frustrated David Strathairn.
