Review of Eight Below (2006) by Stephen — 23 Apr 2006
Never figured out why US companies feel compelled to appropriate and remake other nations' movies, when locally conceived US movies can be the best in the world. Leaving that puzzle aside, this is your better class of Disney fable, the kids will love it.
The humans are ordinary, but the loyal canines are nigh on impeccable. Memo: no other food species for canines were (we sincerely trust) harmed in the making of this movie.
