What an under-appreciated movie this is. Edge of Tomorrow finds Tom Cruise at the top of his game. The way the film plays out really allows for more character development than usually found in action flicks.

And the tone! Who knew dying over and over again could be so funny? I even have to say that I enjoyed Emily Blunt in this movie despite typically not enjoying her work. The movie does lose momentum a bit in the second act when they have to explain the science behind everything, but overall this is a fun movie definitely worth seeing.
