Review of Edge of Tomorrow (2014) by Jamey P — 08 Jul 2016

I never understood the hate for Tom Cruise films; this is smart and engaging with plenty of action. Blunt and Cruise play awesome together and I think this highlights Blunts versatility as an actor. She brings a grittiness with grace type of performance that is pretty damn engaging.

Cruise is a chameleon as usual and can fit any role almost too well against his reliability Blunt really shines whether she's kicking ass or keepin it real she delivers the goods. Great direction and solid production bring out the twists in the story.

I'm not a lover of time travel films but this is unique, clever, well-done fun.
