Review of Edge of Tomorrow (2014) by Dorian G — 16 Nov 2016

I wanted to like this movie. The premise is great, like Groundhog Day but in war. It fell a little flat. After the first few run throughs, it wasn't quite what I was hoping. The action was fun, aliens cool, and Blunt hot. But there were a few too large jumps in belief, where you just had to take the characters at their word, and the ending was disappointing in its limited scope.

Watched on Netflix at home, then had to finish it streaming online since it was removed from Netflix the next day when I tried to pick it up, November 12, 2016.
