I went to see this film despite minimal advertising here in the UK, one thing I can say is how I liked that that the adverts I did see did not ruin the story line like many modern films do. I am personally not a fan of Tom Cruise in movies, his presence is usually a put off for me, but seeing him in this film as a different character from his usual cocky and arrogant persona (for most of the movie) was quite refreshing.

Overall I think this was a really fun sci-fi flick that really brought to home the devastation of war and was a world that was east to immerse into. The only criticisms I have really are the abrupt ending and the tragic under use of the entertaining J squad.
