I enjoyed it MUCH more than I thought that I would have. It really is the sci-fi-action version of Groundhog Day and Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey. But it has a heart, and the aliens are not TOO annoying.
(Why does every movie this summer - see X-Men - have to have creatures that look like the Sentinels from The Matrix?) Certainly recommended fare.
