Review of Edge of Tomorrow (2014) by Headcrusher — 09 Jun 2014

I'm giving this move a 10 because it has all the elements of an entertaining film - action, suspense, humor and good production value which add up to an entertaining time. Basically it's Groundhog Day meets War of the Worlds.

Now I'm a pretty big science fiction fan but I often don't like alien invasion films because the idea that humans are going to win a war against another alien invaders whose technology is hundreds of thousands of years more advanced than us usually falls to some ridiculous idea that although they traveled millions of light years to get here they forgot to check the air or the water before they started their invasion. Edge of tomorrow had a much more creative plot line, which really is the basis of the whole story.

I liked the film so much that I went back to see it again with a friend. This films was well adapted and contains enough of the human element to it, so that even if you're not a Sci-Fi fan you will undoubtedly enjoy it.
