Review of Edge of Darkness (2010) by Scott F — 29 Feb 2012

A solid thriller that makes me miss Mel Gibson the actor. It's a throwback to "Payback" and "Ransom," and its solid (if a bit cookie cutter) story-telling was refreshing. My only two gripes about it were that the overall mystery was a little too convoluted and that it wasn't quite gritty enough.

I never believed that Craven was in danger or would fail. But, you know, "yaay! The return of Mel Gibson! Now bring us more!".
