Review of Edge of Darkness (2010) by D.j. N — 17 Dec 2012
The plot is lacking a bit, but the acting is terrific. Mel Gibson turns in a sympathetic performance doing what any father would want to do in his position. Ray Winstone's Jedburg is full of mystery and steals every scene he's in.
And Danny Huston's villain is despicable from the start. Howard Shore also provides a good score that stays just within the scope of the movie.
