Review of Edge of Darkness (1943) by Tina G — 16 Jun 2012
Its great to see Mel Gibson back in his element with a revenge thriller like Edge of Darkness. Watching Mel as a gritty cop seeking revenge is always a great act to watch. Winstone also did a good job of being a conflicted agent.
Unfortunately that was it for the movie. The twists and turns keep you going for a while until you start thinking about other things like "what time is it" and "what are we having for dinner".
The movie didn't keep me as interested as I thought it would. But in the end, its good to see Mel back in cinema.
