Gritty British horror about a respectable couple terrorised by a group of thugs at a former public /new housing development called Eden Lake.
Decent cast. The youths are an absolute disgrace and the injuries/torture is all filmed on a mobile phone by a female member of the pack.
It isn't just the youths themselves shown as thugs but their parents are equally despicable.
As pointed out in other reviews the British setting makes the horror more gritty than some of the low budget straight to DVD US imports of the genre.
