Review of Eden Lake (2008) by Cle S — 25 Apr 2014
One of the most disturbing movies of this century so far. While the terror begins rather dull and actually with no real reason, the thrill (and the number of brutalities) increases to the end. Yeah, and the fierce ending is something which isn't easy to swallow, but surprisingly not because of graphic violence.
It definitely compensates for the ordinary start of this all in all compelling horror flick.
